Argon-A-Mizer reduces product loss 20-25% when filling liquid cylinders from a bulk tank.
Argon-A-Mizer is proven technology already installed in several fill plants across the U.S. You need a unit for each gas to be filled - oxygen, nitrogen, argon.
HOW IT WORKS
- After a simple installation, the customer sets the pressure switch on the unit to a 20 psi delta of the bulk storage tank.
- Customer fills the tank.
- Customer must maintain this delta so they will need to monitor the bulk tank pressure if it fluctuates.
- Optimum savings is achieved when you can fill as many cylinders as possible at one time.
